If your questions is not answered here don't hesitate to contact us.  And it is always a good idea to ask about custom requests before ordering.  We make every attempt to make all custom designs, but it is better to be sure by checking if it is possible first.

​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Placing an order is easy with Rowan and Plum.  Visit our shop page and browse our available designs.  You can shop for our full line of products.  Add the design to the shopping cart and continue to checkout when you are ready.  We accept all major credit and debit cards for your purchase.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

All payments are made though our shopping cart.  Once you go to check out you will be able to use and major or credit or debit card to complete you purchase.  Shipping cost and times are also calculated during your checkout.  We currently only offer shipping within the United States.  Unfortunately we do not offer shipping internationally at this time.

Our shop checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe our customers to purchase from our online shop.

 

TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. TLS is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

Additionally, our shop works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).

Returns & Refunds

 

Custom designs are non-refundable if received without damage.  There are no refunds for art or decor that arrives as promised and is undamaged.  If an item is damaged or lost we will offer to either refund or replace that item.  If you chose to return an undamaged item you will be able to do that.  You would be responsible for the shipping cost to return that item.  We would refund your purchase once we receive the item back.
