Rowan & Plum has a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Rowan & Plum item, within the first 14 days after your order has arrived to you, we will replace, refund or exchange your product.
Return & Exchange Policy
To Return Items
To return an item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return the item within 14 days. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return. PLEASE RETURN TO THE ADDRESS BELOW AND INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE. We do our best to refund your credit card within 48 hours of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 business days to credit your card. If you are returning an item in exchange for another item, we will send the replacement item out as soon as we can upon receipt of the item you are returning. Return of defective items: If an item is broken or defective, we will replace or exchange your product free of charge. Please note that abuses to the exchange policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Rowan & Plum's discretion.

Items marked down in price or categorized as a sale item as well as all Custom items are final sale.
Delivery Fees (Shipping Charges)
Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

It is the customers responsibility to report to us any missing orders or packages. Customers have 30 days from delivery date given by FedEx to report to us any missing orders or packages. If a customer reports a missing package outside of FedEx's claims procedure timeline we are then unable to accommodate for any missing orders or packages.
We ship either with USPS Priority or Ground Shipping, FedEx Ground Shipping which is between 1-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. Online orders can take 1-3 business days for order processing which is not included in the shipping timeline. Within the order processing time you will be updated as to any changes in availability or items in your order. Once shipped, you will receive and shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
